U.S. Orders
There is a single charge of $6.00 for Shipping USPS PRIORITY MAIL with Tracking for any number of items ordered in a single order.  PLEASE ADD $2.00 for insurance if desired while checking out. The total time from when the order is placed to when it is received should be no more than 5 business business days.  Please email me with any special shipping requests (such as EXPRESS OR OVERNIGHT MAIL).  Insurance is recommended. We advise you to select the insurance option during the checkout procedure. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have left our studio. However, damages and loss are rare.
International Orders
International buyers, please contact us about shipping charges. Orders outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country/region.
I am currently changing over to doing business in California so for the time being no tax should be charges while checking out.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund or replace your button jewelry
within 10 days of receipt of your purchase.
We try to describe the items to the best of our ability.
If in doubt about color, size or condition please ask for more details or photos before placing your order and we will do our best to respond in a timely manner. However, in the event that you receive an item that you are unhappy with, please email us at or submit the form on our website at and we will do the best we can to resolve any issues you have with either a replacement or refund whichever is deemed the appropriate solution.
We will be happy to repair ALL button jewelry purchased from Dustystars for as long as you own it.
